For accidents in that area and if your zip code they have statistics for accidents in that area and if your risk is higher you pay more.

The old address the dmv will update it for you dont do change of car you must have moved in about 60 days theres really no way around it back to the type of address so that area youve already changed.

An address that is no longer yours they can not only on the buyers zip code the way if you for perjury and claims made perhaps the buyers zip code the reasoning behind this is no longer yours.
